Cnaphalocrocis medinalis (Guenée, 1854)

瘤野螟/稻縱捲葉野螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis)是草螟科(Crambidae)斑野螟亞科(Spilomelinae)的成員。本種的前翅為黃色底，前緣為黑褐色，外緣有一塊黑褐色帶，後中線黑色，略微彎曲，中室中央有一黑點，前中線為黑色，靠後緣端向外斜；後翅亦為黃色底，外緣有一塊黑褐色帶，後中線黑色，略微彎曲中室有一小黑點。

As a famous rice pest, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis represents a member of five Cnaphalocrocis species in Taiwan and could be identified from the other four species by wing pattern.
